1. Platform Scope & Hospitality Intelligence
Alpha Analytics provides automated end-of-shift sales reporting, deterministic menu engineering calculations, AI voice note transcription, and cloud spreadsheet synchronization for restaurants, lounges, bars, and catering entities.
2. 30-Day Free Trial & Subscription Plans
- 30-Day Pro Free Trial: All new restaurant owners receive 30 days of unrestricted access to the Professional Tier without credit card requirement.
- Trial Expiration: Upon conclusion of the 30-day period, accounts without an active Paystack subscription transition automatically to the Free Tier. Historical shift records remain intact.
- Billing & Renewals: Paid plans (Starter, Professional) renew on a monthly or annual recurring cycle through Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard.
3. Quotas, Branch Limits & Acceptable Use
Subscribers agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized multi-tenant penetration testing against the platform. Monthly file upload limits and branch allowances are enforced per your subscribed tier.
4. Mathematical Determinism & Customer Data Responsibility
While Alpha Analytics executes 100% deterministic mathematical formulas without hallucination, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the underlying register dumps, POS CSVs, or Google Sheets uploaded accurately reflect their operational trade.
